NP 159 along the Tacoma waterfront in the late 50's. Foghorns are blowing at Browns Point, across the bay and others, the waters gently lapping on the rip-rap edged fill, and the heavy fog smells of seaweed, with a touch of pulp mill and Alcoa from over on the tideflats.
